How do I modify an order?

Since orders begin processing right away, changes can't be made to existing orders. If you need to change the delivery address or the items in your order, you can try contacting us to cancel your order or tell us the product/address you want to change. We can only change orders placed on the same day, so if you have any questions, please contact us within 24h of placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Scheduled delivery orders can be canceled 24 hours prior to your selected delivery date for full refund.

Parcel delivery orders cannot be canceled, but you can return it within our 14 free return days.

Why is my order canceled or delayed?

Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but we have to do it for several reasons:

1) Item is out of stock.

2) Undeliverable areas.

3) Your financial institution did not allow the transaction.

How would you ship my order?

USPS and UPS are our logistics partners to ship out Powerextra products. we will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers.

Delivered but Not Received

1. If the tracking details show your package was delivered and you can't locate it, please wait two full days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for the package to arrive. We recommend checking around your home and asking your neighbors if they may have received it for you.

2. If after that time you still haven't received it, reach out to us via after 8 p.m. local time, on the second day, and we'll be happy to help.

How long does delivery take?

Why is there no tracking update?

If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, kindly wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will see tracking updates.

If your order has not been updated for a long time and is overdue, you may contact the shipping courier or contact us for help.
